The certificate was granted to J H Killis, R H Brands, Sammuel Hamilton, H A [Coutter], George Hicholler, W W [Hutches], T E [Hirlick], C Stanford, J Hopkins, L T Marsh, Jhos Shannon, R. L. Baines, C. Hopkins, Arthur Hopkins, Mabel Willis. The charter constitutes the formation of a new Division under the title of "Alpha Division No. 112" located in Alphington, Victoria. Signed by the Office of the National Division, 1/05/1922, W.J.Temple M.W.P [Most Worthy Patriarch], Herbert R Francis G.S. [General Secretary], paper seal inset embossed "SONS OF TEMPERANCE NATIONAL DIVISION". Certificate is mounted on foamcore and attached to the back of the honour board with tape.
