DescriptionThis image was scanned from a 35mm slide taken by the late Dr John Turner (1933 - 1998), local historian and lecturer. His collection is rich in Australian history and local studies.
This image, like many of the thousands of photos on our site, was scanned by a volunteer. When we have sufficient funds in the Vera Deacon Regional History Fund, we are able to give these wonderful people some paid employment.
