Label reads: "Estd. 1877 McWilliam's Private Bin 91 1968 WHITE BURGUNDY This wine is made from the grape variety known as White Hermitage or Ugni Blanc grown in the Riverina District of New South Wales. It is dry but at the same time full flavour with a very frank taste of the fruit and aroma of the ripe grape. These qualities which make it an ideal accompaniment to most foods and dishes have been retained in the wine through new techniquesof fermentation and bottling the wine while very young.
