Label reads: "Heelers Folly Station limited release 1999 Chardonnay We have named this limited release wine after a well- known local product, the Blue Heeler Dog. Mixed wiht the native Dingo, the aim was to produce a dog able to with stand heat and long treks, br a quite worker and effective in the round up of wild bush cattle. Heelers Folly fine wines are produced from low yeilding vines. The clean, natural and abundant water souce flowing though our estate combined with its distinctive enviroment enhances the character of the wines. This is a Chardonnay with graet balance, lovely aromas and flavours of melons, peaches and pineapple with touches of vanilla and toast.
