Dear Aunt,

Received letter somewhere in dim past.  How is Granny keeping, and also Uncle Wall.  George Morris held service out here last Sunday.  Is raining to-day.  Only 2 at school.  There are 22 coming here now and I expect more before Xmas. They are rushing all sorts of land on Richmond.  It is nearly all selected about here.  Best wishes and kindest regards to all.
