Physical description; green ribbon with silver striped edges; woven in to ribbon in gold thread on left and right hand sides is the "ROAB" insignia with "G L E" below; above each emblem are metallic gold horn clasps threaded through and stitched to ribbon; at the centre point of the ribbon is a metallic gold medallion with hook - baffalo symbol and text "NEMO MORTALIUM OMNIBUS HORIS SAPIT", "R.A.O.B"; attached to the bottom is another metallic gold medallion with dark blue enamel and text "JUSTICE TRUTH & PHILANTHROPY", and is embossed with kangaroo and crown symbols; back of medallion stamped with "PARRY B'HAM".
