The dispensation was granted by Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of South Australia, Tom Jacques Moody. Authorised brethren: [Joar] Matell, Truman Hodges, F G [Grey], R R Hoddinott, D Garcia, A C Smith, H Bennet, A W Anderson, J Butler, G Beach, I Donohue, W Brownhill. Signed by A Leonie, Tom J Moody. A medallion and ribbon is attached top right corner with steel pin, engraved with "A. C. Smith Memorial PAST GRAND MASTER" on ribbon bands. Attached to lower front of certificate is a hand written note marking the subordination of this lodge retitled "Friendship Lodge No. 3" to the Grand Lodge of Western Australia, established 23/08/1898. Signed by A Maudall, J W Lyson. The back of medallion engraved "PRESENTED TO BRO. A. C. SMITH P.G.M [Past Grand Master], By the Grand Lodge of W.A.I.O.O.F FOR year 1902.03 [March 1902]". Maker's mark stamped with "F MANSON".Written on VersoFramer's sticker on back of original backing: "J.
