Interview by Debbie Lewis in 1987 with keith McGill butcher in Tarro since 1949. In 1910, Keith's grandfather William McGill purchased and converted a Paterson Inn into a butcher's shop. Keith discusses the history of the family business, the highs and the lows of working in his business at Tarro Butchery
