Hand drawn poster promoting Sunday film nights presented by the Newcastle Film Society at the University of Newcastle in the Biology (B) Block Theatre. The Society still has a presence in Newcastle and continues to have showings on Sunday nights. However, these are no longer held on campus.

InformationThis poster is part of the University of Newcastle collection of posters (1970-1990) that were collected over the decades and housed in Special Collections. This poster collection reflects the history of Callaghan campus, and are a testament to the enduring spirit of student protest and social change and movements.
