grahamH: Cultural Collections, you could check the provenance of this photo. The loco at the rear, 3813, was dismantled for repair in early 1973 and never reassembled. I have owned a table placemat with this photo on it, bought from the NSW Rail Transport Museum, since the mid 70s. I think, not certain, this photo was taken at Bathurst during the Western Endeavour trip, operated by the NSW RTM, Sydney to Perth in August 1970. aaron_3820: That's Eveleigh
