"Shirley Valentine" was an imported Sydney Theatre Company Production performed at The Civic Playhouse on 24 April, 1990.

By Willy Russell. "Shirley is 42, her kids have left home and she'd totally lost. She has to find her identity again or else give up for the rest of her life. Her husband's no bloody use. He's just as confused as she is. Then a woman friend offers her a holiday in the Greek islands and she works everything out for herself".
