InformationT Garrett and sons are listed as 343-345 Hunter Street Newcastle in the New South Wales Post Office Directory 1920 page 872, which also lists the Clarendon Hotel at Number 347-349 Hunter Street Newcastle, which is the current address of the Clarendon Hotel. The numbers in the title are taken from the image. This section of Hunter Street is between Burwood and Streets.
The Fultons building was later, in the mid-20th century, the Brown Derby Cafe, and later the Brown Derby Restaurant. The late Percy Sternbeck's photo of the restaurant is here, https://flickr.com/photos/coalfieldsheritagegroup/11882057776/in/photolist-oga2JU-j6YDP7Date[April 1896]
