Vulcan Iron Works, USA, bldrs number 2513/1916. Originally with the PWD, with No. "2". Became NSWGR loco in 1917 no. '1218'. Used on railway construction and Bombo quarry. Renumbered '1023' in the 1940s. Scrapped 1967.
