War on the Doorstep

War on the Doorstep is an eye-witness account of Japanese naval action on the New South Wales coast in World War II. The programme was compiled and produced by Martin Hadlow in the studios of 2NUR-FM, the radio station at the University of Newcastle.
The UON recordings archive is a collection of interviews and recordings documenting various aspects of the University of Newcastle from 1975 to 1995.
The oral history tapes have been digitised and made freely available to the wider global research community thanks to the generosity of the University of Newcastle Library, Special Collections archives@newcastle.edu.au.
We thank 2NURFM for giving many of these interviews to Special Collections so they can be made available to the wider community.
