Label reads: "This wine is selected, matured and bottled by Leroy in his cellars at Auxey-Meursaults, Cote-d'Or. It is normal that a great wine bottled in the old way presents a light natural depot. In eliminating it one might remove at the same time some of its qualities. Therefore we advise to serve the wine with precaution after having allowed the depot to settle down."
