Label reads "This wine was made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, grown, vintaged and bottled at our Estate. After partial fermentation in Nevers oak puncheons, the wine was stored before bottling in a mix of new and one year old Nevers and Limousin oak barriques (225 litre). The Chardonnay grape grows perfectly in the Cowra district of Southern New South Wales, and the wines produced are rich and full flavoured. This wine is suitable for current consumption but can be cellared with confidence. - Preservative (220) added, antioxidant (301) added. - Selection committee: Len Evans, John Beeston, David Lowe (winemaker)."
