Label reads: "The Vineyards of Metala. Cabernet-Shiraz. A distinctive Claret vintaged at Stonyfell from Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz grapes grown in the vineyards at Metala, Langhorne Creek. After 3 years maturation in 500 gallon Oak casks it was filled into 60,136 quart bottled and 5,944 pint bottled and binned. This is bottle No. 24861 and we recommend it as a truly fine Claret which will continue to 'live' and improve for some years to come. Vintaged and bottled by H. M. Martin and Sons pty. Ltd.
