The palate exhibits intense blood plum fruit flavours with refined nutmeg oak. A fine tannin structure combines with a rich and flavoursome finish. Malolactic fermentation and maturation in oak barrels for 18 months has added further complexity to this full bodied wine. Ideal with richly flavoured red meath dishes.
