Description

Label reads: "McWilliams's Late Pick Riesling. Vintage 1978. This wine has produced from selected Hawke's Bay grapes late in the season and was slowly fermented at low temperature. The fermentation was arrested by chilling to preserve some of the natural sugars of the grape. It was then bottled within a month and has produced a fresh, fruity, natural style of wine which will respond well to bottle ageing. 750 mL..."
