Label reads: "Estd. 1877. McWilliam's Merlot-Cabernet Vintage 1975. The Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are two of the principal black varieties of the Bordeaux area and both are permitted to be used in the finest of the wines of controlled apellation of that region..."
