Label reads: "This reserve bottling from selected casks is from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Lower Hunter Valley and vintaged at the Estate. After partial fermentation in French oak barrels, the wine was stored in new Nevers and Limousin oak 225 litre barriques for four months. The wine has been selected as our highest quality classification. Selection Committee: Len Evans, John Beeston, David Lowe (Winemaker)."
