DescriptionLabel reads: "Hunter Dry Red. This wine shows medium, light Hunter character due to rain lowering the acids during vintage. Large wood maturation resulted in a balanced wine. Total acidity 5.4 gms per litre. pH 3.9. The wine was made from Hermitage (Shiraz) grapes grown at Pokolbin, Parish of Rothbury, Hunter River Valley, New South Wales. Wine is the jewellery of food. Bottled December, 1975. Matured in oak casks. Produce of Australia."
