Label reads: "The 1975 Vintage in the Hunter Valley has produced light Whites similar to those of the 1972 Vintage. This wine was made from Traminer grapes grown in the Pokolbin district. Traminer is an early ripening variety and the grapes for this wine were amongst the first picked for the 1975 Vintage. The wine was fermented under very cold conditions to retain the natural aromatic characteristics of the Traminer variety. This wine has a high aromatic nose, a fruity slightly sweet palate and a clean spritzing finish. This wine will improve with further bottle aging if stored at temperatures not exceeding 18c. Murray D. Tyrrell. Winemaker."
