Tyrrell Winemaker. This wine is made from 50% Cabernet and 50% Hermitage grapes. It has been matured in 300 gallon Nevers oak casks for 18 months before bottling. It has a rich Cabernet character and the delicacy and freshness of flavour of the Hermitage from the Hunter Valley. We believe this is a top wine that will benefit from 2-3 years bottle aging. 1 pint 6 fluid oz."
