DescriptionLabel reads: "This wine made entirely from Chardonnay grapes grown on our Cowra vineyards was matured in small French Nevers oak for six months. It is premium quality 1981 Chardonnay from the Estate and is therefore a limited release. Selection Committee: Len Evans, Rudy Komon, Murray Tyrrell. Specially selected for exclusive distribution by Davids Fine Wines Division. Rothbury Vineyards Pty. Ltd., Pokolbin, N.S.W., Australia. D2813."
