Label reads: "Hardy's. Cabernet Sauvignon. Vintage 1970. Bin No. C 881. Bottled 17th February 1972. Selected Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from McLaren Vale were fermented as a special cuvee, and matured in new French oak puncheons. This wine could enjoy appellation as a regional McLaren Vale wine. It is a beautiful balanced special wine. Bottled by the makers. Thomas Hardy and Sons Pty. Ltd. Adelaide, South Australia. F38. Produce of Australia. 26 fl. oz."
