Description

Label reads: "Lindeman's Hunter River Valley Chablis. Bin: 3675. Vintage: 1969. This wine was vintaged from selected Semillon grapes grown at Lindeman's "Sunshine" vineyard in the Hunter River Valley of N.S.W. It was fermented at a low temperature and bottled soon after vintafe in order to retain the original fresh, fruity flavour of the original grapes. Bin 3675 Chablis is a very light, delicate wine with an appealing "flinty"dryness on the palate together with strong "Hunter River"character. It is a wine to be enjoyed now or cellared for many years with confidence."
