Label reads: "Bin 980. Hunter Valley Cabernet Hermitage. Vintage 1969. Awarded 2nd Prize 1970 Rutherglen Show. This true Hunter Valley Dry Red produced from 60% Hermitage and 40% Cabernet grapes was matured 18 months in oak casks then given bottle maturity in our underground cellar. We recommend this wine to be carefully cellared until 1974 or 1975. W. Drayton and Sons Pty. Ltd."
