Label reads: "The red wine of Signor Tonino. "I make this wine from three grapes: the Mascalese for colour, the Gracanico which adds body, and the Catarratto, which gives the wine bouquet. All three blend to give a lightness and dryness. My grandfather used to drink it with whatever he was eating. I think it is best with meats, poultry, roasts and cheeses. But always serve it at room temperature.""
