Label reads: "Houghton Cabernet Claret. A claret of distinction with its name derived from the grape from which it was processed. This wine is an excellent example of a light dry red possessing a good tannin finish expected of a true claret and without doubt will enhance good food. Usually served at room temperature but during the Australian summer perhaps a slight chilling would make the wine more to your liking. West Australian Wine. This is a selected regional wine and carries my recommendation cellar master. Rhine Castle Wines, Sydney and Melbourne."
