Label reads: "Cold fermentation with a submerged cap of skins, followed by new American oak ageing and immediate bottling, has retained a full, fresh fruit flavour from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in Southern Victoria. This wine has not undergone mal-lactic fermentation. The College. 1977. Cabernet Sauvignon. Nagambie. 750ml. Produce of Australia. Riverina College of Advanced Education Wagga Wagga New South Wales D4758."
