Vines were imported into South Australia in the early 1970's, some of which were planted in our Tanunda vineyards. Cold fermentation and light pressure enhances the greenish hue in the colour and full distinctive bouquet. This white wine carries a touch of fruit to the finish, balancing the crisp 'appley' taste, typical of Sylvaner. Bottled may, 1977. Dalgety Wine Estates. 750ml. Wine made in Australia 10% ALC/VOL."
