At Kaiser Stuhl Cellars expert winemakers. using German methods and equipment carefully controlled the slow process of fermentation under pressure and low temperature Before all sugar was converted the new wine was chilled in order to arrest fermentation. The wine was then rapidly cleaned and bottled early enabling maximum flowery bouquet of the Rhine Riesling grape to be retained The result is a fresh full Rieslingbouquet a wine which still contaians 2.8% Sugar Bottle No. For convenience refer to this wine as the "Gold Ribbon"
