Label reads: "In 1885, a Frenchman named Edmond Mazaure arrived in Australia and established the authentic French method of Champagne making "Methode Champenoise"at the Romalo Cellars, Magill South Australia - now Seaview Champagne Cellars. Mazure trained Hurtle Walker and now his son Norman Walker has produced as a tribute a clasic blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay having remained on its lees for a minimium of four years prior to "degorgement"Methode Champenoise Edmond Mazure Seaview Winery Pty.
