Very careful vintaging techniques were utilized, culminating in a cool fermentation under a slight pressure of carbon dioxide and a result the full fragrance of the variety has been preserved. The perfect maturity of the grapes at harvest has contributed the balance between acid and fruit flavour evident in this outstanding dry wine. Bottled by the makers Thomas Hardy and Sons Pty. Ltd.
