Description

Label reads: "Miramar 1978 CHARDONNAY This aromatic, full flavour wine fermented for many weeks at very low temperature. It is composed of Chardonnay from Cowra and from our own Vineyard at Mudgee as well as approx. 7% Cowra Traminer and 5% Mudgee Semillon. The fermentation was stopped by refrigeration in order to retain a liittle sweetness and the wine was bottled in our cellars, August 1978. Wine-maker Ian MacRae, Dip.
