Label reads: "Yalumba Carte D'or This delicate table wine was made from specially selected Rhine Riesling grapes grown in Eden Valley area of the Barossa Valley. The district is high and cool, and with its suitable light soil it is renowned for the quality of its dry white wines. The wine was carefully fermented under modified cold pressure and matured in the bottle. Rieslings, with their delicate bouquet, their clean fresh taste, and cool clear colour, appear at their best when serve with all sea foods and white meats such as chicken or veal. Please serve cold."
