Label reads: "HOCK This light, soft wine, refreshingly and well balanced was made from Hunter River Riesling grapes grown on the high slopes of the Barossa Valley. It was made at Chateau Leonay and underwent a controlled cool fermentation. It was made and then matured under cool conditions in our cellars. We suggest this wine be served with almost any food but preferably with light dishes such as seafoods, poultry and salads. In summer it makes an ideal drink at anytime, with or without sodawater, and is most acceptable as a pre-dinner drink on hot evenings. Sevre well chilled but not too cold."
