Label reads: "The 1979 Vintage has produced white wines of exceptional quality. The wines are full soft styles with good fruit and soft acid balance. This wine was made from late picked Semillon grapes. The juice was fermented with minimum refrigeration in the old German Oak puncheons. The strong full flavour of the ripe semillon has been lifted and made more complex by the small Oak treatment. I feel this wine will take 18months to come together and after that will develop into a full rich Burgundy style. Murray D. Tyrrell Winemaker"
