Tyrrell Winemaker D2404 The 1975 Vintage in the Hunter Valley has produced Red Wines of outstanding quality similar to those of the now 1965 vintage. This wine was made from Hermitage grapes grown solely on our Pokolbin Vineyard. The grapes were picked early in Vintage and produced a big wine with exceptional colour and a rich fruity character. The wine was matured in new Oak puncheons prior to bottling and this has left its influence on the bouquet and palate. I believe this wine will continue to improve with a further 2-3 years bottle ageing. 750ml"
