Label reads: "The 1968 vintage in the Hunter Valley has once again produced white wines of outstanding quality. This delicate, light, dry white table wine was made by carefully blending in equal quantities Blanquette and White Shiraz grapes grown on our Short Flat Vineyard. This wine was fermented cold under pressure in a German Oak Cask. We recommend this as truely fine wine and one that will improve greatly with bottle ageing if stored under cool conditions. say not above 70 deg. F. Murray D. Tyrrell Winemaker."
