Label reads: "Braydon Estate 2001 SHIRAZ The Shiraz grapes for Vintage #2 at Braydon Estate were hand picked on 1st March, 2001 and the wine was again made David Hook. This medium bodied 2001 Shiraz was Matured in new and one-year old American oak barriques prior to bottling. It shows a peppery nose and a palate displays complex spicy Shiraz fruit character. The wine will drink well for current consumption but, in the Hunter tradition, will also reward furthercellaring. Peter Giles - Vigneron 12.5% alc/vol. Preservatives (220) added.
