The StoryPlease find photo of my great grandfather, Clifford Stanley Smith, his enlistment papers, Military Medal paperwork, newspaper clipping, roll of honour memorial and headstone. I did not realise how important receiving the MM & also a ISM was till I started to do some family history research. I can't imagine what is was like as a 21 year old to be under heavy gun fire and then have to the courage to take on the enemy.
