Derelict locomotive in shed, probably old logging Shay, unidentified location, [n.d.]
The tender, in front of the shed, looks like the sort that often went on top of the rear truck of an A class Shay.
The locomotive itself, what is left of it, also fits for an A Class Shay. There weren't that many in the country. It may be possible to narrow this down a bit.
