Mary Anne Williams (née Mantle)
Born 30 September 1866, St Tyfaelog, Fochriw, Wales

Alfred Myall Williams came to Australia to join his brother Henry Morgan Williams, Mine Manager, at Stanford Merthyr Colliery.  Mary Anne and the children followed a year later.  The family were involved with music throughout the area.
