An artwork by Newcastle artist and historian Terry Callen, depicting the wreck of the paddle steamer 'Cawarra' on the 12th of July 1866. The paddle steamer was lost while trying to enter the Harbour to shelter from the storm, killing all but one of the 61 passengers and crew onboard.
