Pokeys was held in the showroom of the Prince of Wales Hotel in St Kilda, Melbourne. It was on Sunday nights and the room held 500 people. The room was full every Sunday night.

The venue ran for 30 years and I was lucky enough to work in four of their shows over a period of time.
