"Caerphilly", was Spencer Holmes' estate on the Branxton Road. Joe Goodwin. The Harrisons - George, Jack and Tommy a carpenter, Ted, Albert. Mr Burgess, Mr Drayton and Mr Johns married two Harrison girls. Capps' saw mill. London's had a mill. There is a tale of George Harrison, the father and Frank Lomas who were "having a few sherbets" on the way home and Frank passed George the bottle of sheep dip instead of the wine and killed him. Billy Picton, father of Rev. Clive Picton played a concertina at dances.
