Ted first came to Cessnock, 2nd October 1924.

He had been in Cessnock for a week for the Store bakery.

He was born in Lismore in 1896.

George Natrass was half-brother to the Gordons. George had two sisters. One of the married into the Newcastle Wynn family and the other married a doctor.

The bakery's horse paddock was where the High School is now. They originally brought the bread over from Greta and would change the horses and go back to Greta. The bread wasn't baked in Cessnock originally.

There was Robinsons, then Sloanes and then Clarrie Watkins. There was also one in Bridge Street and also along Aberdare Road. Then there were the two Thomas brothers in Bridge Street.
Ted was with Natrass 23 years.

Bob Gordon was Jack's son and there was his sister, Bessie.

Dave's children were Bill, Frank who was called Link (who was killed in the war) and one other son who was the chemist. Dave also had 3 girls.
